This policy governs all purchases, advertisements, and product claims made through our services. By completing a purchase, you agree to comply with these terms in full. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in the forfeiture of products, services, or benefits without refund or prior notice.

1. Product Claiming

All products must be claimed within 48 hours of the transaction.

  • Failure to claim within this period will result in the product expiring and becoming non-redeemable.
  • For most products purchased via Roblox (excluding advertisements), you must use the /getroles command in designated channels to automatically claim your purchase.
  • If you encounter any issues with product redemption, you are required to open a management ticket immediately for resolution. Delays in reporting may affect our ability to assist you.

2. Advertisements & Sponsored Giveaways

  • We reserve the right to post your paid advertisement or sponsored giveaway at our discretion, at a time of our choosing.
  • We also reserve the right to refuse, delay, or remove any advertisement that is:
    • Misleading or fraudulent
    • Offensive or inappropriate
    • In violation of Discord’s Community Guidelines, Roblox’s Terms of Service, or any applicable laws
  • Refunds will not be issued for advertisements that are rejected or removed for violating these terms.

3. Content Review & Community Standards

  • All advertisements and content submitted for posting are subject to review and approval.
  • Any content that violates our community standards, Discord guidelines, Roblox Terms of Service, or applicable laws will be removed without refund or warning.
  • We do not reinstate perks or benefits if you leave the server, are kicked, soft-banned, or permanently banned for any reason.

4. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
  • Please review your purchase carefully before completing the transaction to ensure you are fully satisfied with your selection.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, deny, or refuse any purchase or service request at our sole discretion, particularly if it is deemed abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of our policies.
  • If a purchase is revoked due to misuse, any associated perks or benefits will also be revoked without compensation or refund.

5. Policy Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined herein, including this Purchase & Transaction Policy and our Refund Policy.

  • If you do not agree to these terms, do not proceed with any purchase.
  • Your continued use of our services constitutes binding acceptance of these policies.
